When I first went about setting up this website it was initially only going to be about multivitamins, so the first major research I did was everything to do with multivitamins - not exactly the most exciting job as you can imagine! Ah, you see well actually there isn’t a ‘best multivitamin’, different multivitamins do different jobs - some are good for pregnant mothers whilst others are good for teenage boys. Some companies claim to be the best based on popularity but they probably spend the most on advertising! So to get the best for your body you will need to read the labels and compare prices.
