Your privacy is assured when registering for a membership account on www.multivitamin.co.uk. To be a member we require your first name, second name, city, county, country and email. We ask for your first and second name for courtesy reasons should we ever need to contact you. We ask for your city, county and country so we can learn about where our users are located, this helps us improve the service with increased targetting, we have no other reason for asking for these details. We ask for your email for two reasons; the first is so your account can be verified (passwords are sent via email), the second is so we can contact you in the future if we urgently need to. We will never send you a newsletter or 'mass email'. We will never sell or share your email address with anyone else. To recap the only emails you will ever receive from us are related to passwords and account changes.

During registration, your current IP address is also recorded. This is used so we can determine the geographical populations within our user base and to stop spammers registering.

Upon registration you are asked to give yourself a unique username, such that access to your account is limited to you only, you can change your password at any time and this will be known to you only.
