This tool allows you to keep running totals on calorie intake and list the foods you have eaten today. This is ideal to help you keep an eye on what you are eating. You don’t need to remain connected to the internet for this tool to work.
How To Use
To use the Personal Calorie Intake Calculator, first click your daily caloric intake to update the maximum number of parts for each food. You will need to keep this page open throughout the day in order for your records to remain. As you eat foods, input them into the form, one entry per food. If you want a record for the day, print it out and start again the next day simply by refreshing the page.
